I. STRATO; The Tower of Strato. See CESAREA OF PALESTINE This famous City was built by Herod the Great, in the same Place where formerly had been Præfatione Novella 103.the Tower of Strato. ‘Tis said, that Strato was a Grecian, who gave his Name to this Place, where he built a Tower.
