ULAMAIS. The Septuagint say, that the ancient Name of the City of Dan was Ulamais; but in the Hebrew ‘tis Ulamlaish,1 which is to be translated heretofore Laish. And the true old Name of Dan was certainly Laish, as appears by Judges xviii. 7. 14.
