  1. TALMAI, Son of Ammibud, King of 2 Sam. iii. 3.Geshur, and Father of Maachah Wife of David, and Mother of Absalom and of Tamar. After Absalom had slain his Brother Ammon, he took refuge with his Grandfather at Geshur.1
