Gen. xiv. 17.SHAVEH, or Save, the Valley of Shaveh, otherwise call’d the Valley of the King. It was probably pretty near Jerusalem; because Melchisedech King of this City, Gen.xiv.5.and the King of Gomorrha, came to meet Abraham at his Return from the Defeat of the five Kings, as far as the Valley of Shaveh.
