Sammael

Buxtorf. Lexicon. Rabinic. in Samael.SAMMAEL, an evil Angel, of which the Rabbins relate many things: They say, he deceived Eve, mounted upon the old Serpent; That he is the Angel of the Dead, the Prince of the Air, the Chief of the Demons.
