MEGILLOTH, or Megillat1. This Hebrew Word signifies a Roll or a Volume. The Hebrews give the Name of Megilloth to these five Books: Ecclesiastes, the Song of Songs, the Lamentations, Ruth, and Esther. These they call the five Megilloth.
