קוף Koph.HE letter K answers to the Hebrew Koph, and sometimes to Caph too. It is almost entirely banished out of the French Language, and is scarce ever made use of, unless to express foreign Names. The Words which are most to be met with here under K, may be sought for under the Letter C.
