DIVINATION by the Wand, is taken notice of in Ezekiel xxi. 22. See what is said of it in the Article WAND. Strabo, l. 4. speaks of Wands or Rods which the Magi held in their hands during the religious Ceremonies performed by them about their pretended sacred Fire.
