- ABIRAM, one of those who conspir’d with Corah and Dathan against Aaron and Moses in the Wilderness. Abiram was the Son of Eliab, and Grandson to Phallu, of the Tribe of Reuben. Every one knows the terrible Punishment which God inflicted on these Rebels, by causing them to be swallowed up alive in the Bowels of the Earth, which opened to receive them.
