Question LVI. Whether the blessed Virgin had perseverance?
QUAESTIO LVI. Utrum habuerit B. Virgo perseverantiam?
QUESTION LVI. Whether the blessed Virgin had perseverance?
After this it is asked concerning perseverance, which is spoken of in two ways: in one way, as the purpose of persevering until the end; in another way, as the act of persevering.
The will of the most blessed Virgin was inflexible for persevering; the will of all others was flexible. Therefore her perseverance is disproportionate to the perseverance of others 1.
