ZENAS, a Doctor of the Law,1 and Disciple of St. Paul. We know nothing else of him, but that he was an Apostolical Man, well instructed in the Jewish Law, and very well esteemed by St. Paul. This Apostle sends word to Titus that he would have Zenas come to him to Nicepholis, as also Apelles, and that he should take care that nothing may be wanting to them for this Journey. Dorotheus Bishop of Tyre makes him Bishop of Diospolis in Palestine.
