JUTTAH, a city of Judah. Joshua xv. 55. Bonfrerius is of opinion, that it is the same as Ashan; Joshua xix. 7. and 1 Chron. vi. 59. But there is more probability of its being the same as Ithnam, Joshua xv. 23. Eusebius places Ithnam at eight miles distance from Hebron, towards the east.
