JULUS, Josephus calls the High Priest of the Jews by this name, who succeeded Judeas, and was himself succeeded by Jotham. Antiq. l. x. c. 2. p. 343. The name of Julus is not to be found in Scripture, nor do we know what was the true Hebrew name of this Pontiff.
