O Regina misericordiae, gratiae, et gloriae, Imperatrix rerum universarum, hunc libellum ad honorem tuum qualitercumque compilatum benigne suscipias, et omnia peccata mea diluas, gratiam gratum facientem finaliter tribuas, et ad gloriam sempiternam, me indignissimum tuum famulum perducas. Amen.
Tu quoque, Lector, quidquid in eo emendandum, charitate fraterna studeas emendare.
O Queen of mercy, of grace, and of glory, Empress of all things, may you kindly receive this little book, compiled in whatever way for your honor, and may you wash away all my sins, finally bestow grace making one pleasing, and lead me, your most unworthy servant, to everlasting glory. Amen.
