Sermon XLVII continuation and conclusion
de dicitur Isa. lxv, 14: Ecce servi mei laudabunt præ exsultatione cordis, et vos clamabitis præ dolore cordis, et præ contritione spiritus ululabitis.
Rogate ergo Dominum, ut sic nunc Dei Filio serviamus, ut electis aggregati coram ipso postmodum ab omni gemitu sileamus. Quod nobis præstare, etc.
concerning them Isaiah 65:14 says: Behold, my servants will praise because of exultation of heart, and you will cry out because of sorrow of heart, and because of contrition of spirit you will howl.
Therefore pray to the Lord that we may now serve the Son of God in such a way that, gathered with the elect, afterward before him we may be silent from every groaning. May he grant this to us, and so forth.
